Frequently Asked Questions (otherwise known as Terms & Conditions)

Product related
Q: What are the measurements of the items?
A:
We will try to state the length and size of each item in our catalog. Do allow for an error of two centimeters or so as some areas are hard to measure.

In general, free-size tops and dresses are suitable for the bust of 32-34 inches ladies.
For tops with sizes S/M/L, we would usually recommend them for ladies with bust size around 32/34/36 inches.

Similarly, for dresses and skirts, sizes S/M/L are suitable for ladies with waists around 26/28/30 inches.

Unfortunately, as we only place an order in China once your payment has been confirmed, we are hence unable to change sizes for you if the items do not fit as well as expected. If we do have available stock for one reason or another, we will definitely oblige to your request.

Q: Is the color shown on screen accurate?
A: We will do our best to display the color, size and measurements of our items as accurately as possible. However, color visuals of the items will also depend on your monitor settings and lighting involved when the pictures were taken.

Thus, we are unable to guarantee that what you see is what you will get or expect.

Q: Pictures seemed very slow & not clear. How can I see a clearer picture?
A: We have optimized the pictures to be shown on the catalog so that your download speed will be faster. You can simply click on the pictures to see them much bigger and clearer.

Price related
Q: Are discounts available?
A: Prices shown are nett and in Singapore dollars. Unless we are running a special promotion, no discounts or bargaining of sorts will be entertained as we are earning only a small profit so that the price of our items can be kept low for your benefit.

Q: How much do you charge for delivery?
A: The delivery charges from Shanghai to Singapore have already been factored into each item price. If you would like the items to be delivered from Shanghai to other countries, do write to us and we will advise you accordingly.

For local delivery within Singapore with Singpost, we charge:
  • Items less than 500g - $1.50 flat fee
  • Items less than 1kg - $2.55 flat fee
  • Items less than 2kg - $3.35 flat fee

Please include an additional $2.25 if you would like your mails to be registered (recommended).

We shall not be held responsible for any loss of parcel sent. Hence, customers are strongly encouraged to select the registered mailing option as the article number and month/year of posting will be sent to you via email after item has been sent. You can then check the status of your mail at http://www.singpost.com.sg/.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: To place an order, simply leave a comment at the post or send an email to ichigonoya@gmail.com, with the following information

Due to the surprisingly overwhelming response, we can only get back to you within 1 working day to confirm on stock availability and payment terms (also known as confirmation email). Sincere apologies.

Q: When should I make payment?
A:
Payments should be made within 3 calendar days after confirmation email has been sent to you. If you are unable to pay within the stipulated time, we regret that we would have to cancel your order.

Q: How do I make payment?
A:
Payment can be made through ATM bank transfers or internet banking for Singapore buyers.

For international transfers, please write to us and we will advise you accordingly.

Q: I had placed the order but regretted. Can I cancel my order?
A:
Once orders have been paid successfully, we will place orders with China team without delay. Hence, we are not able to entertain cancellations or refunds or exchanges. We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this respect.


Q: Can I add new items to my existing order?
A:
No, we do not encourage adding of new items to your existing orders as to avoid any unnecessary confusion. Please kindly make a new order for your new items.

Q: My skin is very sensitive to certain materials. Can I refund or exchange later?
A:
As everyone's skin is different including the degree of sensitivity and allergy, we will not be responsible if you have an allergic reaction to any of the materials. Hence, we are not able to support refunds or exchanges. Do appreciate your understanding.


Delivery related
Q: How do I collect the items when there is no one at home during the delivery?
A:
If there is no one at home during the delivery, SingPost postman will slide a notification slip under your door so you can collect the item at your nearest post office.


Please note that if item is not claimed from the post office, delivery charges will apply again for resending the item to you if the items were returned to us.

Re-delivery request is now possible on Singpost website. Do check http://www.singpost.com.sg/ for more details and the applicable charges involved.

Q: When will the items arrive after I have made payment?
A:
Once we received your payment, we will place orders with China team without delay. If stock is available at the point of payment receipt, it will take around 2 weeks to arrive in Singapore and 2-3 working days for Singpost to deliver the items to you.

If stock is not available at the point of payment receipt, we will advise you accordingly on the estimated date of arrival.
